We Love Thursdays

It's so weird for Linda to have so much time free.  Usually, she has to be somewhere different ever hour or so.  Not Thursdays.  Only one class at 5:30 p.m.  So far, Linda's almost day-off has included a lot of walking.  She took us on a super long walk early this morning.  The weather was perfect, breezy-cool-sunny all at once.  Then, after cleaning the floors and doing some light housekeeping, she went to meet the banker about our mortgage.  If all goes as planned, she is going to save quite a few pennies by refinancing.  Next, over to Sarah's house to see Penny. 

You would think all Penny does is sleep.  Nope, she does her share of crying too!

While Sarah napped (or was supposed to nap... Linda noticed the house looked very clean when she got back) Linda took Penny for an hour walk around the neighborhoods.  Penny cooed and enjoyed the ride for the first 20 minutes, then she fell asleep.  On the way home Linda stopped at Sweet Frog for lunch.  Today's flavors Mango and Coconut with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple and blueberries for toppings.  There was more housework to finish, but instead we all sat on the deck for an hour in the amazing sunshine.  Now it's time for Linda to get busy again while Chim and I take our afternoon naps.
