This Sunday is Mother's Day. How exciting for Sarah! Her first Mother's Day for the rest of her life. Linda found out she was pregnant with Tierney on Mother's Day. She was barely a week along, but she could tell immediately by the changes in her body. Linda was thinking of what she should get for Sarah. I wonder if she would like these squirrel paw earrings for her prize? How unique! How different! How sick!! Linda is totally kidding, although she does know one or two husbands that would think they make a fine gift.
Even though Linda's day is jam-packed, when Sarah asked her to watch Penny while she went strawberry picking this afternoon, Linda jumped at the chance. There is a break from 1-4 that she usually eats, showers and changes out of her sweaty clothes. Instead, she'll be cuddling Miss. Penelope for those hours! She is very excited and can't wait to spend time alone with Penny. She is going to beg Paul Walker to come and take care of us since we'll be alone for 10 hours. She'll only be home from TKD for 1 hour before she has to go back out to church, so really.... she'll be gone from 8:30 a.m. until 9:15 p.m. Now that she thinks about it, maybe she better get a few more dog walkers to stop over. Since she has nursery tonight, she won't be able to bring us. Well, she could bring me since I am the baby whisperer, but I don't think the Mom's would want a dog in the nursery area. Lot's of people bring their purse puppies on Friday night though. Chimmie even enjoys the giant "puppy pen" that gets set up out in the field. I don't like it at all, way too much silliness and romping around.
