Just the other day I posted about a dog who kept eating a little girls homework papers. Today a news story about a 1-year old golden retriever named Sunshine caught my attention. Jon, his 17 year old human had a school trip planned to Peru. The day of the trip, he discovered Sunshine chewed on his passport. The officials at O'Hare said the document was fine. Unfortunately, when Jon got to Miami, they would not let him board the airplane to Peru. What a bummer! Jon is not mad at Sunshine. If anything, it was his bad for leaving the passport where Sunshine could chew it.
