It sounds like a horror comic book character. A big black blog has been found floating in the Arctic Sea near the Bering Strait. It is not an oil product or hazardous substance. One source says it has hairy strands growing on it. Lots of jellyfish and birds are getting caught in the black blog. Specialists are saying that is some kind of marine organism.
