A little 6-year old boy from Mich. teed up his Sponge Bob Square Pants golf ball on a 85 yard hole. He took out his 3-wood, hit the ball...... and after 2 bounces down the fairway.... plunk.. Sponge Bob landed in the cup. Some golfers play their entire life without a whole in one. Little Braeden's was an accident, just like Linda's hole in one. She was not using a Sponge Bob golf ball though and she was 28 years old. It was her first time ever on a golf course. She took lessons and hit at the driving range, but never played a real game. Anyway, at the first hole on a par three course-- she took out her 3 wood and whacked at the ball. The ball bounced down the fairway and landed in the cup! The rest of the par 3 holes, she was shooting 10's and 12's. So it was definitely an accident. I wonder if some of the PGA pros are going to run out and buy Sponge Bob Golf Balls now? On this web site golfballs.com, I saw that a man had 2 hole-in-ones after he switched to Square Pants golf balls.
