Whoa! I just wrote about that deer attacking Zeke in his backyard. We almost jumped out of our skin today on the trail. There is a part on the trail that has waist high wild flowers and underbrush on either side of the narrow path. Linda was holding me at the time because I had given her the "carry" sign. Good thing too because Linda was enjoying the beautiful afternoon looking at the wild flowers when CRASH! Two deer jumped up right next to us and went bounding into the woods. We had come up on them so quietly that we startled them. I think we were more scared then they were though.
