This is not a funny story because someone died. But it is definitely Choopie's Blog news worthy though. This morning, police were summed to a N.J. manufacturing facility because a worker fell into a piece of machinery. When they arrived, they found that the man had fallen into a huge 8' deep vat of chocolate while he was dropping chunks into the melter. A huge mixing paddle hit the guy in the head and knocked him out. The chocolate was super hot, I guess that is why no one jumped in to save him. Buy the time they got him out, he had been in the melting pot for 10 minutes. EMT workers and fire fighters were covered in chocolate when they left the scene. Seven years ago another man fell into a pot of boiling chocolate in Maryland. He also died. I'm not going to make any jokes since the man lost his life. I just thought you should know.
