Yay! for Linda. She got a 100% on her test tonight and passed all the practical portions. She could have made the last part of the teaching at church, but she had a freak-out incident when she stopped home to let us outside. The second she walked into the house, she knew what BAD CHIP CAT did. She could smell the evidence. Sure enough, there was a big pile of doo-doo on the downstairs brand-new carpet! Plus, it was the squishy, yogurt consistency kind. (Probably TMI, but she wanted me to get the point across!) At that moment, she was SO glad she spent the extra $$ and purchased the Pet Stain Resistant Mega Awesome Carpet with Super-Duper Pet Stain Stopper Pad. It took 20 minutes, but it cleaned up perfectly without even a residue stain or smell. Chip Cat is now banished to eating and sleeping in the big family room with the plastic floor for the next few days. She was lots of space and a blanket bed in the sun that she loves to sleep on, so it's not really a hardship for her. Linda is hoping it was just an accident because she was sick. It would be sad if Chip had to spend the last of her 9 lives separated from the family.
