Foot Warmer Needed
It really was the coldest day in a year. Linda heard it on the news today. The wind is just frigid. We were still eager to walk tonight though when Jerry came over. Our coats are really warm and we went fast, so it wasn't too bad. Linda taught her Water in Motion class tonight. The water was really warm, but going outside after teaching class was brutal. Her toes and fingers are still frozen. Maybe there is something wrong with her circulation that her hands and feet get and stay so cold. Before bed, she'll have to soak her feet in a hot tub because even on nights it's not this freezing, her cold feet keep her awake at night. At least her tummy is happy! For dinner she made salmon with basil and olive oil and pureed cauliflower. She actually likes the cauliflower better than mashed potatoes and it's only 10% of the calories. For dessert, Greek yogurt. I'm glad she had a good dinner for once.
