Resting Up and Mini-Buns

Who is that adorable dog on the pillow?  It's ME! (The crutch behind the door is one of Linda's self-defense weapons.)

Guess where Chimmie is sleeping? Yep, on Linda's lap.

I love my kitchen bed.  It's a little igloo of comfyness.
All three pets were sound asleep this morning resting up for our weekly Noah visit.  That is we WERE sound asleep until Linda stuck a camera in our faces and the flash went off.  The only one who did not wake up is Chip Cat.  She wakes up when she wants and nothing is going to influence her to change.  Sometimes Chimmie will be trying to stick his nose in her bed and she'll keep sleeping.  Other times she'll reach out and swat him with her claws without even opening her eyes.
Linda wanted to show you all her wonderful new hair style.  She learned about on Pintrest yesterday and wanted to try it.  First you wash your hair before bed and then work a little gel through it.  Next, you twist little clumps of hair all the way down to the end and wrap it in a little bun.  Think Princess Leia from Star Wars times 8.  Then when you take the bobby pins out in the morning, you have nice wavy hair.  Linda's hair is as straight and flat as a board and won't hold a curl.  She can't wait to see if it lasts all day.  (It's a good thing she sleeps alone.  I don't think a husband would appreciate the mini buns all over her head!)

As soon as Linda put Chim and I outside for a bathroom-break, the pesky cat jumped up on Linda's lap and took Chim's place. He is going to be crazy mad when he comes back and smells Chip Cat's scent on the snuggy!
