The coolest shower stall ever! Linda is pretending to wash her hair because our family does not take normal photos. |

Really pretty kitchen. |

Not so nice outside though. |
Taylor took Linda to see 3 different homes for sale today after class. The last one they looked at was huge, probably the same sq. footage we have now, only it was a TH. You could have 100 people over for a party and they wouldn't be squished. The deck alone would hold 50. It might be the biggest TH deck ever made. The inside was dated and needed a lot of work (can you say built-in wooden spice racks and paneling?) but the neighborhood was the best of the three she looked at. The price was also too high for the amount of work she would have to do. The next unit was nice, it's actually the same TH development where Tierney and Taylor lived with their Dad years ago. Three levels, open layout, but kind of dated too. Price was in her range. The next one was her favorite inside. It even had a rain forest shower head in the master-bath and the shower tile is amazing (as you can see from the photo.) Linda loved the big deck off the master bedroom that had a pond view. The appliances were stainless steel, everything was new... from the windows to the carpet to the hardwood. It has one giant bedroom upstairs and two smaller ones downstairs. She could move in this weekend and not even have to clean, that is how pristine everything was. The price is definitely right too! Oh, and she is less than 100 yards from Tierney's house. The downside: the street/area is on the trashy side and the exterior needs to be freshened up some. Oh, and the backyard view is awful. They are going to look at three more tomorrow after class. She'll have to get cracking fixing our house up if she is going to list it for sale.
