The Perfect Dress
Both Tierney and Linda love to look at wedding blogs. Not to plan their own (maybe-possible-sometime-maybe not) weddings, but because they love the photography and like to look at the dresses. If Tier ever gets married, she will want something between traditional (walking down the aisle in an amazing dress) with a Tierneyesque twist (nautical bridesmaid dresses and leopard shoes.) If getting married is ever in Linda's future, she definitely does not want to walk down an aisle or wear any kind of gown or fancy dress. (Side note: When she married Jerry, they went to Vegas and got married in the back of a cab at the drive-thru Little White Wedding Chapel. Lots of stars and famous people get married there, but most of them actually don't sit in a cab. It was her idea of the perfect wedding (not marriage though) and they had a blast. The 60-year old cab driver was her "maid of honor" and got tears in his eyes during the ceremony. She has a picture somewhere of the two of them together. He only had a few teeth.) Anyway, this post is really about this dress. IF Linda ever got married and somehow changed her mind about dressing-up, this is the dress she would pick. It's the perfect dress in every way. There is about a zero chance of that every happening since walking down an aisle/3 tier cakes/invitations/bridesmaids/limos/diamonds/toasts/rice in her hair are not things she would ever want to do for her wedding. (And I doubt she would be attracted to anyone who would desire all the wedding-hoopla, but God can change any desire or heart, so who knows.) I guess she could just buy it anyway and wear it to some fancy black-tie gala that she might get invited to or even just wear it around the house to make her happy. OR... it would be the perfect!!! mother of the bride dress should she ever need one.
