| This is how tired Linda feels |
We had a short walk with Jerry tonight. It was sprinkling a bit, so I made him turn around and come home. He played with us and cuddled me for a little while before he left. Poor Chimmie though. It's been 2 days without a walk for him. Linda made sure he chased the ball in the backyard for 15 minutes each day. If you added up the distance he runs on each "fetch" it would be miles and miles. He'll run to the ball and pick it up in his mouth without even slowing down. Then he races figure 8's around the yard at 100 miles per hour before he brings the ball back for Linda to throw again. He's one fast dog! Linda is feeling pretty slow right now. Her classes tonight kicked her in the teeth. Plus, she wanted to stop and meet some friends at a restaurant after she was done. There wasn't any food there that was on her diet, so she just got a green salad. Now, if she does not eat some protein, she'll never make it through her 5 classes tomorrow. It's after 9:30 and too late to cook dinner, so food will have to wait until tomorrow. To top it all off, even though she needs to take a shower desperately, she said the heck with it. She will go to bed yucky and just take a shower in the morning. It's worth having to change the sheets a few days early than stand in the shower.
