What a day for us all. Linda was at the gym for 11 hours today at her Les Mills workshop. She signed up to take 7 classes, but ended up bailing on one that hurt her knees (Hip-Hop!) and she sat out on the 30 minute core class to rest up for Combat. It was a fun day for her, but she's super tired. Chimmie had SIX walks with Paul Walker. He also fed him canned chicken and dog biscuit crumbles for dinner because he ran out of dry food. I'll talk more about my day with Jerry in a little while. Linda has to jump in the shower and get ready for her party. I don't think she'll be standing around talking to people. She will find a comfy chair with an ottoman and put her feet up. Since she lost 3 pounds today in sweat, she is thinking of going off her healthy eating program for the night and indulging in a bite or two of dessert to replenish the glycogen in her muscles. Maybe it won't turn into love handles since she worked out so hard. (Sure Linda, if you say so..)
