Dumb as Rocks, Fast as Lightening

"Just leave me plenty of stuff to destroy and I'll be fine."
Although Linda's legs feel much better, she waited too long and now there is not enough time for our walk.  She has to leave for classes in just a little while.  After class, it's right to the basketball game and then to a friends for a little get together.  We'll be alone for 6 hours with no company.  I keep telling Chimmie we have it 99.9% better than most dogs and to stop his whining.  We have delicious home-made meals, lots of toys, super comfortable beds in a warm house, cookies galore, we NEVER get chained up and left outside or stuck in a small wire kennel, and best of all... lots of humans who love us.  Linda does worry a little about Chim being stuck in a small 3 x 4 foot bathroom though.  It's his fault.  If he didn't chew the faces off of bears or holes in the carpet, he could stay out with me.  So far, he hasn't learned cause and effect.  He has absolutely no impulse control whatsoever. Cesar would say it's Linda's fault... but she trained me to be a perfect dog.  Chimmie just is a few brain cells short and has a lot of extra fast-twitch muscle fibers.
