Linda woke up soooo hungry from missing dinner last night. She's faced with the same problem as last night: the choices in the fridge have not changed. Fish for breakfast? Maybe in Sweden. Squash? If she was a pilgrim. Cauliflower?? She's not that hungry. It was so much easier when Tier and Taylor lived home. She had to go to the grocery store and keep all kinds of food stocked to make them breakfast, pack their lunches and have dinner/snack food handy. Some of her favorite dinner memories are of Taylor wanting to cook. He loved making the macaroni and cheese and squeezing the Velveeta packet into the noodles. He also trained Chip how to do circus tricks for little bites of food. The kitty had her own chair and placemat at the table. She would daintily take the tidbit of food off the place mat with her paw and eat it. After Linda's first class this morning, she is going to Trader Joe's and buy some more breakfast/lunch and snack food. Her 40 day healthy eating program has been over since Christmas. She's had cookies, ice cream, fries and even candy. It wasn't supposed to be THAT over. The plan was to add some healthy /carbs and not processed sugar. It's her strict all or nothing attitude.
