Did you read that some town in China was banning all dogs? Not just wild, homeless dogs... but even dogs that have been pets for years and years? They were making you bring your beloved dogs to "collection centers" where they would be euthanized if someone from another town did not adopt them. That is one of the most bizarre and meanest laws every made! News quickly spread all over the world and the government caved under pressure and decided not to enact the law. I can understand (although I don't agree) with all dogs/cats getting "the operation" so lots of puppies are not born unwanted. Linda would move before she gave us up to collection centers.
