When Linda let Chimmie out early this morning, it was already very humid. I think he'll have to spend the day in lock-down again and not outside. Surprisingly, he is very good when he is locked in the bathroom. He never barks or destroys anything. He has two beds to choose from, toys, water and room to stretch his legs. Yesterday, he was in there while Noah was sleeping on the bedroom floor and he never made one little yip. I know sometimes it sounds like Chim is an outofcontrolwild dog, but he is really very sweet and obedient. Chim just makes the energizer bunny look lethargic. Since Linda has Saturday afternoon free, she is going to take us to the dog park again and see how he does with the other pooches. So far, the trips have been a disaster since he is afraid of even the smallest dog. He'll be one the largest since we go on the small-dog side. Most are 5-15 pounds. If he is OK, he'll be able to run like the wind and tire himself out.
