The vacuum went back to the store yesterday. Besides all the plastic parts looking like they would break any second, Linda found out that Kohl's had jacked up the retail and then lowered the price to put it on sale for $10 MORE than the Bissell web site said the retail price should be. She explained the whole story to the Kohl's manager on duty, and the lady was like..."Whatever..." It looks like Kohl's just lost a customer for lying and not being sorry about it. Anyway, now she is going to go shopping again today and see what she can find. Maybe she'll try Sears. Someone told her they guarantee things for life, so if it breaks a year from now she'll be able to return it for a new one. Until then, our carpet looks like a Build-a-Bear store exploded because of the stuffing and toy parts spread about.
