Are You My Mother?
Little Tao Tao the panda just celebrated his first birthday. He was born in captivity in China. When he was six months old, he and his Mom Cao Cao were moved to a large mountain area for intensive wildlife training since he'll be released when he is a little older. The keepers wanted to make sure he would learn behaviours like climbing trees and looking for food. Since the day of his birth, the staff have only approached him or handled him wearing panda suits so he would not get used to humans. This seems like a great idea. Linda said she might want to order a giant chipmunk suit so she can continue taking care of the nest without exposing the pups to scary humans. Of course the neighbors will probably call the cops and she'll get arrested for being crazy. (The shop selling these costumes said they were Chip and Dale squirrel suits. They only cost $350 a piece. You must really want to dress up like a chipmunk pretending to be a squirrel to spend that kind of money.)
