Spring is in the air! It's the most beautiful Saturday in forever.... and we got to go on an hour-long walk! All is good. Both Chim and I are dog-tired so Linda doesn't feel so bad about going back out in a few minutes to her church group.

Linda's Les Mills kids class was off-the-hook today! It was almost like a little recital. 25 kids ages 3-7 all following along, having big fun and even listening! She is still wondering how 30 minutes of kids class makes her as worn out as a 60 minute Body Combat class. Being a lion, elephant, bear and snake burns a lot of energy. Plus all the "Jump, Jump, Jump..Stomp, Stomp, Stomp.. Clap, Clap, Clap" moves are kind of like high-intensity interval training. Linda can't wait until Penny is old enough to take the class.
