But it was Explosion!

It's sad that Linda lacks such self-control that she had to put the 1/2 gallon of ice cream in the sink and fill it with warm soapy water.  She bought it yesterday and has been snacking on it non-stop.  She has been justifying her actions by only taking little bitty bites or using tiny bowls.  When she got home from church and reached in for her 3rd! tiny bowl of the day, she threw the container in the sink and made it inedible before she could eat any more!  Linda knows better than to bring ice cream, cookies, cake or candy into the house. Somehow her car drove to the grocery store and the new! limited edition! amazing new flavor called Explosion! ended up in her freezer.  (Think every ice cream mix-in ever in the same flavor.) There are people with amazing self control and then people who would rather have no dessert than a 2 oz serving. Linda is in the second group.  Her eating program has been going so well that she does not want to derail it by scarfing an entire 1/2 gallon of fat and sugar.  Tomorrow, instead of resting between her morning classes, she is going to use the stair stepper to try and undue the damage she's done.

I guess what is even sadder is that she took a picture of it and posted it on the blog.
