I'm Innocent!This is getting beyond weird. Last night the deck gate somehow got closed and latched AGAIN! It's about the 5th time this has happened in a few months. After Linda took Chim out last night, she made sure it was open. In the morning, she just opens the sliding glass door and he runs down the steps by himself. The steps are old and unsafe, and he does not like going down them in the dark, so Linda has to carry him. Only today she noticed Chim stayed up on the deck and was not tearing up the backyard like he usually does. She went out to investigate and that gate was locked tight. How could that be happening? Even if critters came up on the deck to play with Chimmies toys or look for food, how could the gate get closed and latched?
