What an amazing walk we had tonight on the trail! It looks as if Chim and I are walking into a beautiful rainbow. The way the sun was breaking through the trees made it feel magical. There were deer on both sides of the trail, but we could only hear them. We met a man walking a big red lab who told us he saw a fox about 25 yards off the trail. While Linda was talking to him, Chimmie was so afraid of the lab he slipped out of his harness. He was too scared to run, he just made himself flat as a pancake. I had to be carried half of the walk because my knees were hurting.

Over the Rainbow
