News Alert: Chimmie did not eat all his supper last night!! He ate about 1/2 of his usual portion and walked away. I know!! It is the first time in his whole puppy life he has not scarfed down his entire bowl, licked it clean, tipped it over to see if anything was underneath then run down the hall to my bowl to see if I had leftovers. He calmly decided he was full and stopped eating. At first, we thought he was sick. But no, he is just growing up and realizes that there will be more food. It's not his last meal ever. This morning he ate his regular breakfast and did not ask for more. Maybe the massive growth spurt that fueled his appetite is over and he is done growing. It's a good thing because if he grew this big, I don't think he would fit in the small bathroom where he sleeps.
