I'm not sure why people say they are dog tired. We just lay around all day sleeping waiting for Linda to come home. Linda is really exhausted this evening. I feel bad for her, but there is nothing I can do except sit by her side and cuddle her. Today she taught: 1 Kickboxing class in a sweltering hot room; 1 Sculpting class in the same sweltering room; 1 PE conditioning class for the high school; 1 TKD class to 20 spun-up kids; 1 Water in Motion class on the pool deck in super sweltering, high humidity. Not to mention an hour long walk with us this morning before she left. If you add that all together, that is 6 hours of working out in one day. Most people don't do 6 hours in a week! She wishes that someone was here to give her a massage. (Where are you Pauline??)
