Not Again!

"I never even heard of the superhero Lightning Man. I hope he saves the day."

Oh No! Another storm is coming through right now.  The thunder is rumbling,lighting streaking across the sky and the wind is bending over the trees.  I hope, pray and believe that we won't lose our power... nor will any of those people who just refilled their freezers with new food.  Linda said not to worry because whatever happens, we will be fine.  It's still scary though.  The thunder and wind makes me shiver and shake. Plus, we are watching Independence Day.  It's a movie where aliens blow everything up.  Boomer the dog just narrowly avoided being blasted by the alien fire.


Tomorrow is July 4th, the worst holiday for dogs.  All dogs hate fireworks, and we seem to be surrounded by neighbors who think it's fun to set them off all night long.
