Almost 3 Months Now

Linda said Penelope was just an angel for her today.  It wouldn't be any hardship at all if Linda had to watch her 8 hours a day.  She got there just as Penny was waking up from her morning nap.  After her first bottle, Penny got a bath and put on a cute outfit.  Look how happy she is!

There is nothing more wonderful than the smell of a baby right out of the bath!

Next up, floor play time.  She loves her play mat, especially the hanging owl.  Now she tries to grab the toys and put them in her mouth.

"I can't quite reach it Nana"

One of her favorite things to do is sit on the deck with Linda and practice Body Pump & Combat.  They watch the iPhone video and Linda helps her with her hook punch, upper cuts and front kicks. Today she was actually kicking along without any help!  Penny's legs are so strong she could squat almost as much weight as Daddy does.

All that playing and exercising wore her right out.  She fell asleep in Nana's arms.

She must have worked up an appetite with all the play time and napping because Penny demanded her second bottle the minute she woke up.  As she was finishing, Sarah came home from her Mommy's Day Out fun (well, errands and grocery shopping are not really fun... but it's much easier without an infant along.) Guess what?  Linda gets to watch her tomorrow too while Sarah goes to the dentist!
