I almost had a heart attack during the afternoon thunder storm. There was one crack of thunder that rattled our windows. I was panting, trembling and whimpering all at the same time. This one even riled up Chimmie. He was so agitated, he kept pacing and crying. Linda hated to leave us, but she had to go teach her last two classes of the day. Now it's twenty degrees cooler and sunny. We can't take a walk since she has to get ready for church. If it's nice later on, we'll do a night walk. Linda saw these flip-flops in a magazine. She really wants them, no... she needs them for our walks in the pitch dark. They have little flashlights attached to the toe thong. She'll be able to see if there is anything on the sidewalk and be able to clean up after us easier. I'm not sure spending $50 on a pair of flip flops is the smartest use for her money. Maybe she could just buy two tiny key chain flashlights and attach them to her regular J Crew flip flops.
