Nothing like possibly doing prison time for stealing a stuffed flattened alligator. Imagine telling your cellmate what you are in for? "Um, yeah... well we thought it would be fun to steal the gator, strap it to the top of our pickup truck and go mud-bogging." (I guess that does kind of sound like fun.) That's what three men from Michigan did after they stole the $5,000 flat gator from someones home. They were caught when the owner followed their footsteps and tire tracks to the bog and caught them flat-handed. Even better than the photo of the flat gator are the mug shots of the crooks.
