This is a long holiday weekend for a lot of people. Not Linda. She is working her regular schedule, except that one of her classes on Monday, the 4th was canceled. The good news is that she has absolutely nothing scheduled after 1:00 today! It's so rare that she has a chunk of time like that free to do whatever she pleases. Lunch with the kids? YES! Time in the sun reading a book? YES! Working on her flower garden? YES! Trip to the library? YES! Cleaning/Laundry? yes. Trail Walk? Maybe. It's supposed to be very hot and I don't do well walking in the heat. I love the fall days best when I don't need a heavy coat, and there is little nip in the air. There has been a few house projects she has put off that need to get started too. I love these days where Linda does not run in, change her sweaty clothes, throw me a cookie then race right back out of the house. Oh, the filming for the Wizard of Oz is done so I won't have to be carried by the flying monkeys. As soon as the editing and production is done, they will post it on You Tube. Of course I'll be putting the link right here on my blog.
