Of all the stupid people tricks, this one tops the list. Two New York City men tried to cash their friends $355 social security check. To prove that they had permission, they took their friend with them to cash it. Because they are such good friends, they dressed the man in a nice teeshirt, pants coat, sneakers. The even put him in his favorite red office chair and wheeled him down the street to the check cashing store. Only one small problem, the man was dead. Dead like stiff as a board, or dead as a doornail. Since they found the dead guy naked, he had to be dressed before they could take him to the store. Problem was, he was so stiff they couldn't get his pants up his legs so they just pulled them half way up and laid the coat over the parts that the pants couldn't cover.
