Finally, a day without rain! I had a long, but slow walk this morning. Linda is still in pain from throwing her back out on Monday. I was very considerate and did not pull or run. I'm glad it has stopped raining because of what happened in Australia from too much rain. Dozens of giant tarantulas, also known as "bird eating spiders" have invaded a small coastal town. As you can see by the photo, these spiders grow bigger then a man's hand! If they eat birds, they could certainly eat a Chorkie. They spiders have long powerful fangs that could probably eat me in two bites.
