I hope they do a better job than this! |
Yesterday, Linda was trying to take a nap between classes. If you didn't read the post, she was warning anyone who knocked on the door that it was at their own peril! I guess the two salesmen who rang her bell 3 times didn't read the blog. She refrained from smashing their foreheads with the storm door, but it took every ounce of self-control. It ended up being the siding/roof sales guys who she's talked to before. They said her insurance will pay for all new siding and a brand new roof because of hail damage. All she has to pay is her insurance deductible. Any deal that sounds too good to be true usually is. She told them she wanted someone else there to be her advocate when they meet the insurance man to inspect the house. He said her insurance company is the best, and they approve over 90% of the homes they inspect. Still, Linda wants someone who knows contracts to be there and review it before she signs on the dotted line. A new roof and siding would really up the value of our home.
