We still have not heard from Gretel about Noah coming over today. She usually texts Linda early to confirm he is coming. Even though it's just a week, it always feels like a month between his visits. It was fun having his BFF join us last week, but I am a wee-bit selfish and want Noah to just pay attention to me! It's almost 9:00 a.m. and Linda still has not started cleaning the house. She needs to get a move-on because she still needs to go to Walmart for a few pet supplies.

.....But we will take as many free boxes as you want to send us! |
Chip will only use the Cat's Pride brand of kitty litter. She just loves scratching around in it. Linda has to keep the box extra clean (like 3 times a day scooping) so Chip doesn't make a mess by scratching it out onto the floor! Plus, our special food is much cheaper there then at Target or Giant. (Gretel just sent her a message, he will be coming!) Tonight after class, Linda will be meeting up with her friends for dinner. She also has the basketball game on Friday AND plans to go bowling and out to dinner on Saturday. Whatever happened to "only one planned social function each week?" Maybe it's time she rethink her rule. She'll have to see if she can swing it financially and not feel like she's running to and fro trying to fit everything in. It's hard to find the line between being with her friends and doing all the group activities and feeling like every minute of her day has something scheduled. Linda does struggle with wanting to be a hermit, but she is working on being more outgoing and morphing into a social butterfly.
