Linda is trying to work out a new way to leave Chimmie out of the bathroom this afternoon/evening. He has already been stuck in there for 3 classes this morning and she has 3 more to teach today. She is thinking of putting the baby gate up in the hallway back to the bedrooms and his bathroom. Since I'm 1/2 his size, she was going to leave a space under the gate just big enough for me to squeeze through. This way he can have the bedroom and hallway to play instead of just 2 feet square of floor space he's been penned up in. I can squeeze under the gate to play with him if I want, or just stay on the living room side. I would be so stressed if he stayed out with me the whole time and I had no where to escape his wildness. He won't be able to cross the border onto my side. Do you think that's a good idea?? The big problem will be if he tries to squish himself under and gets stuck. Jerry is supposed to come over after work to play with us while Linda is gone, but sometimes he gets busy and can not make it.
