This is Ugly Bat Boy, the worlds ugliest cat for sure!! Chip looks like a runway model compared to this scary dude. If he lived with me I would have nightmares every single night. Ugly lives at a vets office with his owner Dr. Ugly Cat Man. (I made that name up because I forgot the real doctors name.) Everyone says he is sweet and lovable. The cat, not the Doctor.
