Dogs display true love, devotion and loyalty to their humans. If we need to go outside, our humans walk us. When we are on our leashes, we often look back to make sure you are following us. Our owners are never far from our mind and we always greet you with an excited tail wag when come back home. Cats are an entirely different story. The minute the front door opens, they look outside and something clicks. Off they go, without looking back once, for parts unknown. When their humans comes home from work, they don't even get up off the couch to say hello. Today in Observance of Independence Day, I am officially Observing my Independence from Cats.
