As a treat tonight, Linda gave us some yummy teeth cleaning bones to chew. I usually don't care much for bones, but this one was delicious. She let us chew it for about 15 minutes before she took them from us to save for another day. Of course, she said to me "drop it" and I immediately put it in her hand. When she went to get Chimmies, he growled at her and did not drop it. Oh boy, bad move Chimmie. I don't think he'll ever do that again. Linda was NOT happy. Ever since Chim was a newborn, he has been a food hog and eats his food in about 30 seconds flat. She knows Cesar says that the pack leader is in charge of the food, so after he has been eating for a few seconds, she always takes the bowl away for a minute and holds it. Making him wait shows him who is boss. He's totally used to this and does not make a peep. When he growled at her tonight, she had to really SHOW him who is boss. He dropped it all right. Now he is in the bathroom on a time-out.
