I wonder how the man is doing who tried to saw his arm off with a butter knife inside the Denny's and if is going to sue them? I guess his case would be that the knife does not have a warning that says "do not saw off your arm under any circumstances." People sue over everything. (Remember the post where the women sued the museum because her kid stepped in dog poo on the sidewalk at the entrance?) This one is even better: A student in Danbury, Conn. is suing a teacher who woke him up during English class by slamming her hand down on his desk. The 15-year old student is saying that he has ear-drum damage from the loud noise. Geez, pretty soon we are going to read someone sues a restaurant because the coffee they spilled on their lap was too hot. Oh wait, that already happened.
