Parking Woes

How could Linda leave us for almost 5 hours tonight and then not walk us the second she got home from the concert?  What nerve!  She has a valid excuse and she's sticking to it. Her feet hurt from walking so far in high heeled boots.  The church where the concert was held is ginormous.  It has a multi-tiered parking garage like a mall.  Because she has lost her car before by not paying attention to where she parked, she was very careful to take a note of the letter and number on the post where she parked.  D6.  How hard should that be to find?  Actually, she was talking to three nice policemen when she first got there.  They told her to move her car from where she was parked next to the building to D6 since it is directly next to the exit ramp that takes you to the main road.  If she stayed where she was, she would still be waiting to exit the garage.  Thanks kind policemen.  After the concert (by the way, Michael W. Smith does look 30 years younger than he really is.  Linda was 3 row from the stage, right in the center.  She could see that he had zero lines or wrinkles on his face.)  she went out the correct door.  A worker-bee directing people told her D6 was not on that level, but clear across the garage on another floor.  Instead of trusting her instinct and going the way she thought was right, she listened to her.  Wrong move.  She had to retrace her steps, go to another level and beep-beep her key ring until her car called to her.  It was a smart place to park because by then the line to get out was really long.  She was in front of the line of cars and a nice person let her go ahead of them.

The concert was really nice.  There had to be a 50 piece symphony orchestra and over 100 people in the choir.  Mr. Smith did mostly Christmas hymns and 4 or 5 instrumental pieces. One instrumental actually made her tear up.. "Glory" was beautiful.  When he had the veterans and service men and woman stand before he played "Patriot" it made her choke up too.
