Super Spies Need Their Sleep

Besides it makes you fat!
Linda slept great last night.  Probably the best she's ever slept in her life with no sleeping pills.  Her insomnia is so erratic.  She can go for weeks (months) without being able to fall asleep or stay asleep. Then for no reason... BAM!  a full 8 hours without waking up once.  There was once thing that was different yesterday.  She didn't eat anything after 7:30 p.m.  What if the late dinners she has to eat from teaching classes and going to church related activities are making her not able to sleep?  Since she usually has class and then straight to church or back to back classes; there is no time to eat.  She is going to try and experiment to eat bigger lunches and then skip dinner altogether on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays (the nights she has to eat late) and then be sure not to have snacks before bed on the other nights.

There was another round of spy dreams.  This time she does not remember much of the dream.  She was an international super-spy (not just a regular spy.) The dream involved saving a bunch of newborn giraffes from poachers.  The infant giraffes had their legs folded up and for some reason, could not stand up to run away.  She was trying to same them all at once but kept tripping over them as gunfire was going off all around her.
