Hogging the Couch

Tuesdays are a hard day for Linda physically.  She teaches 4 classes, which isn't really that crazy... but the combination of classes are what makes it hard.  She doesn't get home until 8 p.m and then usually just crashes.  Tonight she did some laundry, picked up around the house, fed us chicken and rice then ate a baked potato.  She was about to turn in when she decided to watch an episode of Burn Notice on Netflix.  It's a good show, not as riveting at White Collar, but still good.  The weird thing is that whatever she does right before bed works it's way into her dreams.  Last night before bed she read a news story about a pig farmer who was chomped to death by his hogs when he was feeding them. The didn't find much left of his body, just some scraps of clothes.  In her dream, our backyard was a giant pig sty. Right in the middle was a 800 pound hog wallowing in the mud.
I guess I can't complain about Chim taking up too much of the sofa

The rest of the yard was filled with little pigs about Chim's size.  She had to get a pickup truck with a winch in the bed to haul the fat hog out of the mud.  The little pigs were squealing their lungs out while the Mom was being taken away.  The Burn Notice episode she just watched on TV was about crafty spies trying to steal some files from a foreign embassy by free climbing up the building.  Except someone knew they were coming so they put oil on the ledges and hand holds so the spy went splat on the concrete.  Check back in the morning to see how that works its way into Linda's dreams.
