It's another birthday false alarm. My real, real birthday is tomorrow. Linda isn't the best at remembering dates, and she was sure it was today. Finally, she went right to the source (my FB page) and saw that's it's October 11th.

We've been a silent the past few days because Linda has been sick. After 2 Dr. visits (and one coming up on Thursday) she has some medicine and strict orders to rest. So far she has had to cancel half a dozen classes and there might be more. Two of the drugs are the kind that make you loopy and tired, so she can't drive. No worries though. Family and friends are taking awesome care of her. She's gotten groceries, her favorite Subway veggie burger, a giant salad, flowers, and a home-made apple pie from Sarah! Sarah also bought Penelope inside to see her Nana, but Linda didn't want to get to close to her just to be on the safe side. Paul even came while Linda was at the Dr.'s and picking up her medicine to walk us.

There are lots of people praying for her recovery. Last night she was in intense pain and could not sleep. She prayed for healing and relief and was touched! The pain lessened enough for her to get a few hours sleep.

Penny was at the Dr.'s too this week for her 6 month check up and some shots. It's always so hard for Sarah to watch her get the shots. She's so happy and then "Waaaahhh" she cries out from the shot. She's gained 2 pounds and almost an inch from her last appointment.
P.S. If some of this entry does not make
sense, Linda said it's the drugs typing.
