Praying

Tomorrow is the first week back to work since Linda was sick.  She isn't really ready to teach physically, but there are no cry-babies in Body Combat or Pump.  Sometimes you have to just suck it up and smile through the pain.
Linda would love this sweatshirt

Thank you to Crishana, Tom, Dennis, Bob, Sarah, Jerry, Paul, Jill, Lisa, John, Suzanne, Cris, Patti, Laura, and Fred for helping her this week, making food or giving her little prizes to cheer her up.  There were lots of other folks praying for her quick recovery too!

Linda's friend Cris won this cake during the Cowboy Day cake walk!  It is pistachio with raspberry and cream filling. Meg from The Red Spoon Blog baked it.  Cris gave Linda a slice today as a treat.  It was so delicious.
So pretty too.

One more thing.. Linda bought a giant mirror today to replace the one that crashed onto our dining room floor a few months back.  She has a picture of it, but her phone is far, far away in another room and she doesn't want to disturb Chim who is sound asleep on her lap.  She'll post it tomorrow.  The mirror is just a few inches shorter than Linda, who is 5'9 1/2" (She used to be a solid 5'10", but she shrunk after her knee replacement.)

P.S. We are praying for the rescue of a hiker who is lost in Glacier National Park.  He works at the Emergency Vet Clinic that I had to go to once and he actually examined me!  He is an experienced hiker (along with his buddy) so we are believing that he is hunkered down and safe, awaiting rescue. Linda actually took a photo of him holding me, but because she really stinks at saving photos in an organized manner, she can't find it.  Tomorrow when we wake up she is believing we'll read that he and his friend have been found.
