Word is that Linda might have a torn rotator cuff muscle. The Doctor ordered another test called a MRI to see for sure. If she needs surgery, it is a very long recovery. While she was there, he checked her knee replacement and said she needs surgery to clean out the bits that are floating around and causing swelling and pain. He said they could do both surgeries on the same day! With a knee and shoulder out of commission, things could get squirrelly. We are just believing that the MRI will not show a a full tear. I will sit with her and never leave her side, just like I did when she had the flu. We did take a walk today and then cleaned the house (one armed!).
