Linda left me in the car one time when I was little. It was a warmish winter day a few years ago. She went into get coffee and pick up breakfast. When she came out a few minutes later, she found a little "present" waiting for her on her seat. Since then, she has never left me alone in the car, even for a second. I'm sure the dog owner who left his 70-pound pit bull in the car while he washed it in a self-serve washing bay won't be leaving his pooch in the car again. Well, he actually can't because a police officer impounded the car after his dog jumped on the dash and shifted the car into reverse. The car drove backward around in circles until it came to a stop. The policeman took the car away when the owner could not provide insurance. No word on if the dog got a ticket for driving without a license.
