Times are hard all around. People are losing jobs. Homes are foreclosing left and right. Linda's favorite thrift shop is getting super crowded. Finally, someone realized that the pets of these people are also suffering. A soup kitchen just for dogs has just opened. It provides pets of the homeless and unemployed with a free meal. They are getting sponsorship from companies and private donors. One 20-year old told the newspaper that her pets would starve without the animal bread line. I'm not sure where the kitchen is, but I don't think Chip and I will ever need it. Jerry said he would help take care of us if we ever needed help.
