When Chip is hungry, she wails and screams until Linda gives her 9-Lives. It is really annoying. She acts like she has not had a meal in weeks, in reality.. it's been 3 hours. A 26-year old Florida man was also hungry. He had no food in the house so he called 911 twice to report the emergency of his growling stomach. The cops were not very sympathetic. They came (without food) to the mans house and took him away to jail. I guess that solved his problem. I'm sure they will feed him until he can raise his $1,000 bail money.
