This guy has some interesting tattoos on his face. I can't really make out what the one by his eye is, but it kind of looks like a tire mark. Maybe his head was run over by a car and that is why he thought this heist would work. Matthew Alexander Rivera was arrested by the Fayetteville Police Department after a standoff at a lingerie store this week. Rivera entered the store with what appeared to be a bomb and held the manager hostage. Police evacuated the area and shut down area roads. After a brief standoff, the man surrendered. He is charged with second-degree kidnapping and threatening with a false bomb. The bomb was made out of Play-Doh. Duh.
